Another day begins with a simple breakfast recipe. Ever since I moved to Switzerland and gained weight from the lack of movement and local food (cheese and chocolate), I've been struggling with losing my extra kilograms. I came to Switzerland, and I weighed about 57kg (2019), and before my pregnancy even began, I reached 68,3kg (2021). Whenever I changed my eating habits, I didn't have enough movement, and when I moved a lot, I ate more. I even tried a couple of different cosmetic procedures like injection lipolysis (in my belly) and endermology. It helped me lose extra kilograms after giving birth. The last injection lypolyisis I had done in November 2024, it did help a little but nothing compares to workouts and diet. I stepped on the scale this week before beginning my new weight loss journey, my scale showed 63.1kg. My goal is to lose about 6kg in the next couple of months. Since I signed up at the gym (Tuesday this week), I have also decided to change my eating habits, FINALLY. I skipped fast foods and sweets, and I began a calorie deficit. I have tried many different diets in the past, and it was always hard for me to stick to them for a long term. You may ask yourself why I share so much about my weight loss and the answer is that I want to stay transparent. I don't like seeing people on the internet who lost weight and saying that this is all thanks to 10k steps a day. I do admit to having these above that, but I'm also aware that nothing is permanent and the rest of the job has to be done by me. Ingredients:
natural yoghurt
chia seeds
banana
granola
peanut butter
dark chocolate flakes
Step 1
Mix natural yoghurt with two tablespoons of chia seeds and leave it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, take half of the banana and chop it into your chosen shape.
Step 2
Place the banana on the yogurt mix. Add a little portion of granola to the other side of a bowl. I picked Bifidus Activ Granola from a Swiss brand, Familia. Take a few dark chocolate flakes and chop them into pieces. I chose a dark chocolate from the brand Gebana.
Step 3
It's time to spread the peanut butter evenly on the banana. I used a little less than a tablespoon. Finally, I sprinkled dark chocolate pieces on top.

All done and ready to eat! :)
