My weight loss journey, week 3 and 4

I'm so happy to inform you that I'm now at 61.1kg! I have begun my journey with 63.1kg, which means I'm 2kg down! I'm losing about 500g a week, which I guess is quite healthy. I'm proud of myself! But how do I feel?


I constantly watch what I'm eating, create new low-calorie recipes, search for online meal inspos, and go to the gym five times a week. I have better days and worse days. Sometimes it's simple and I don't need to worry about eating too many calories, but sometimes I eat too much, so then I need to extend my gym session. Sometimes I'm extremely motivated and sometimes I'm exhausted! However, stepping on the scale and seeing the numbers go down is like a reward. I need to lose 4kg more to achieve my goal and then we will see what happens! I'm hoping to be ready for this summer! I will keep you updated, and soon I will make a post about everything I eat in a week.


In the end, I would like to remind everyone that my posts are not for motivation or inspiration to lose weight. This is simply my journey that I have chosen to share! I don't want anyone to feel bad in their own body, I only would like to have my old body back! :)
